BOSTON: A developer is asking for permission to build two hotels, an assisted living facility and a retail precinct.
The project would be built on a 6.9 acre vacant, triangle-shaped piece of property.
Planning officials said an environmental review of the project must still be completed and it would probably be at least six months before the city considers the proposal.
The company’s plans call for a 140-unit, four-storey hotel, an 80-unit extended stay hotel, a 120-bed assisted living facility and a retail area.
