CHICAGO: It could be decades before there is a breakthrough, but a researcher has developed a computational statistical model of brain function in the posterior parietal cortex, the rear top part of the brain that is involved in sensory processing. His research could shed light onto various brain disorders.
That researcher is Michael Yifan Li, a James M. Bennett High School student.
