DALLAS: A vineyard owner has plans to develop a boutique multi-generational residential and commercial space designed to complement its wine business.
A zone change will need to be granted to facilitate the development of the proposed wine estate.
The new development could include various community amenities, tourist attractions, retail, accommodation and prime housing lots.
