LOS ANGELES: Commercial builder Bernards has started construction on a Laguna Nigel, Calif., senior living development called Crestavilla. The $100 million ultra-luxury retirement community slated for completion in November 2017 has been designed to deliver a range of services rivalling that of a five-star hotel.
