DALLAS: A 90-foot-tall building with 120 units for seniors is on course for final approval before the Montgomery County Planning Board next week.
County planners have recommended the board approve Brightview Senior Living’s site plan for the assisted living project on Rugby Avenue near Glenbrook Road when it next meets.
The building will replace the two single-story commercial buildings and surface parking lot now on the site. It’s one of four facilities Baltimore-based Brightview is operating, constructing or has planned in Montgomery County…
