PHILADELPHIA: Australia’s largest privately owned aged-care group Arcare is heading north with work to begin shortly on a $20 million project at Stockland’s North Shore in Townsville.
Arcare has acquired a 1ha site near the masterplanned community’s town centre on Main St to the north of the shopping centre.
It will be Arcare’s first Queensland aged care residence to be built outside of the south-east corner…..
