Age care compounds becoming soft crime targets

But evidence is mounting that age-apartheid compounds are increasingly becoming soft crime targets and the care sector is trashing its reputation by doing nothing to effectively counter the growing threat.

852: A man suffered life threatening injuries at a nursing home, according to a lawsuit filed this month.

Lawyers claim that a nursing home neglected their client and wrote a letter to his insurance provider that fraudulently stated he was refusing treatment. Because of that letter, the insurance company dropped its coverage.
