Age care compounds becoming soft crime targets

But evidence is mounting that age-apartheid compounds are increasingly becoming soft crime targets and the care sector is trashing its reputation by doing nothing to effectively counter the growing threat:

The seniors and disabled who live there say the air conditioning is still not working properly, but the management contends everything is working just fine and is demanding rent be paid today.
