NEW YORK: The three hundred and seventy-sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Legacy Village of Sugar House is a 268-unit senior living complex.
Sugar House is a Mixed-Use Development project which neighbors newly opened Wilmington Flats, a 105-unit urban apartment complex that also includes luxury town homes, 70,000 square feet of office space and 30,000 square feet of retail space.
It is located near University of Utah Hospital, medical and dental offices.
