NEW YORK: The three hundred and sixty-second entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
South Windsor, CT Congress Building Corp. has completed construction on The Residence at South Windsor Farms, a $13 million senior living community. Located at 200 Deming St., the new community features assisted living, independent living and reflections memory care living. Residents began moving in on March 1.
It is owned and operated by LCB Senior Living, LLC and was designed by The Architectural Team.
