NEW YORK: The three hundred and thirty-fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Bedford over 55’s scheme, St Bede’s, has been named winner of the Residential category at the East Midlands Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Awards 2015.
The extra care scheme, which was developed by Orbit Homes and designed by PRP Architects, provides specialist housing to enable residents to remain independent in later life.
