NEW YORK: The three hundred and twentieth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Bridgend’s main shopper car park has become a $13 million integrated multigenerational apartment and shopping complex.
The project is being paid for by $9.1 million from the Welsh Government’s Vibrant and Viable Places (VVP) fund, Coastal Housing Group and Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC), which is putting in $269,000.
Coastal Housing and BCBC are joint applicants for the scheme, which will have 28 apartments – so-called social housing which the council said would be suitable for people on a range on incomes.
