NEW YORK: The three hundred and sixteenth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
SSM Health and a group of partners are building a $21 million assisted-living facility in Richmond Heights.
TLG Bellevue Partners, which includes SSM Health, are constructing an 88-bed facility across the street from SSM St. Mary’s Medical Center, 6420 Clayton Road.
Units will be rented month to month, and there is no buy-in fee. The 78,463-square-foot facility will include a memory care wing with 21 units.
Each unit has a private kitchenette and full bathroom.
