Seniors housing developers compete for Global Award

NEW YORK: The three hundred and fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.

Up to 10 residents live in each house, which includes private suites and a communal living area, as well as a dining and kitchen area for home cooked meals.

Construction has begun on a $10 million skilled nursing and rehabilitation centre in Clermont County’s Miami Township.

Otterbein Senior Life Choices is managing the project.

The architect is New York-based Perkins Eastman, and the contractor is Ridge Stone Builders.
