NEW YORK: The two hundred and seventy-sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Berkeley Homes is building one and two bedroom flats, a retail unit for shops or cafes and a health center at the Homefield Rise site.
The site, which Berkeley Homes purchased last year, has been vacant since late 2013 following the Met Police’s decision to close the station and relocate, said Peter Smith, Berkeley Homes Eastern Counties managing director.
The project is entered in the regeneration category.
