NEW YORK: The two hundred and sixty-fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Ron Wilkinson developed the Vantage Pointe Homes at Marrowbone Heights apartment complex and Vantage Pointe Village at Ashland City assisted living facility.
Wilkinson is now constructing two buildings behind the apartment complex.
The three-story building includes 21 units for independent living, while a five-story building includes 30 apartments for those 55 and older.
