MARIETTA: The owner of a property previously eyed for a senior development plans to file a lawsuit.
The lawsuit comes after an 18-month process that culminated in a vote to deny a rezoning request.
The development was slated to include 481 units in a continuing care retirement community, 318 of which were planned independent living units with underground parking, 65 single-family cottages and 98 health care units for residents who require assisted living or nursing services…
