NEW YORK: The two hundred and forty-eighth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
A $17 million senior development planned in Clarksville will include an assisted-living complex and a half-dozen garden homes.
The project, called Traditions at Hunter Station, is being developed by Carmel, Ind.-based Leo Brown Group LLC.
Each of the garden homes will have about 10,300 square feet and a one-car garage.
This is Leo Brown Group’s second development in the area.
