NEW YORK: The hundred and ninety-second entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
An apartment complex in Seahawk Road in Berlin, USA. Developer Blair Rinnier has built 800 “garden-style” rental apartments on the site.
Rinnier said his family has been in the development business for more than 40 years and had never sold a community it built.
