Historic hotel to be renovated into senior living facility

NEW YORK: An application to develop a senior living apartment complex in an historic hotel is currently under consideration by a church not-for-profit.

“It’s really a combination of a community development project and an economic development project,” said Kari West, the Development Director.

“We think there’s a lot of interest in revitalizing these areas. There’s a lot of density. There’s a lot of small businesses that are looking for more investment, more customers.
