NEW YORK: The hundred and thirty-sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Perris Station Senior Apartment Homes in Perris was developed by Highridge Costa Housing Partners of Gardena, California.
The $28 million, three-story, 84-unit senior living community is located in the heart of Perris’ historic district and includes a 16,000-square-foot courtyard on the second story of the complex and 9,300-square-feet of retail and office space. It was designed to LEED Gold certification specifications or better and is the first nine per cent tax-credit senior apartment community to be developed in Perris.
Perris Station is situated across the street from the local senior center and is also conveniently near the public library, a new Metrolink multi-modal transit center and a healthcare clinic.
