NEW YORK: The hundred and thirty-first entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
The $31-million Glendale Arts Colony is tailored for the families of working artists and was built in tandem with a $5.5-million YMCA of Glendale makeover.
The Glendale Housing Authority contributed $6 million, with remaining funds from private investors seeking low-income housing tax credits.
