Catholic Charities Housing Development Corporation is developing a senior affordable rental housing project in Mililani Mauka.
Meheula Vista will encompass four separate apartment buildings, each containing 75 one-bedroom, one-bath units and a stand-alone multipurpose building.
Units are available to seniors with incomes of 60 percent or less of the area median income.
