NEW YORK: The hundred and thirteenth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
The senior housing project containing 119 one and two bedroom apartments is in Fairfield’s downtown. Deed and zoning restrictions limit tenants to those ages 55 or older.
