NEW YORK: The hundred and fourth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
The Clapham Old Town Regeneration Project has been submitted by London Borough of Lambeth.
The project has reversed the previous dominance of traffic by removing a 1960s one-way traffic system, improving the public realm by increasing the proportion of pavement to road from 7:13 to 13:7.
