NEW YORK: The eighty-third entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
The new Hollerich Village is the epitome of green zoning. It will soon be possible to walk from the Grund Cessange without feeling like you are in a city thanks to a new project dubbed “Hollerich Village”. The project aims to convert buildings which are traditionally reliant on fossil fuel energies into zero carbon sites, ultimately creating a 100 per cent green district in the capital.
It is part of what is referred to by the city authority as the “Porte de Hollerich”, an area earmarked for improvements as a major entrance to the capital. The project is being run in accordance with the principles of One Planet living in Luxembourg…
