NEW YORK: The thirty-ninth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Construction is underway on a new 121-bed senior living center. The 60,000 square foot center is being developed by The Javelin Group of Dallas, Texas, and will be operated by Legend Healthcare of San Antonio.
The project is being built by Donica Construction and was designed by Jordan and Associates. The state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility will feature a courtyard design with predominately private resident rooms.
