Seniors housing developers compete for Global Award

NEW YORK: The thirty-second entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.

The $15 million project, which is seeking United States Green Building Council’s LEED-H Platinum certification, features an assortment of landscaped spaces and amenities that complement the three-story mission-style design, including a courtyard located in the center of the C-shaped building that serves as an extension of the community room. In addition to the community room with kitchen, other amenities included at Camino del Rey include a computer room, a fitness center, laundry facility, barbecue areas in the courtyard, community gardens and seating areas.

It is now up for a Global Award…
