NEW YORK: The thirteenth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Alliance Homes Group will replace an existing skilled nursing home with 65 self-contained apartments and community facilities. It is Alliance Homes’ largest single project to date.
The scheme has been developed in partnership with North Somerset Council and NHS North Somerset and has also received funding from the Homes & Communities Agency.
