PHILADELPHIA: The Owner-Occupied Reconstruction Program (OORP) will bolster the number of people who choose to stay at home for life.
The program is aimed at assisting home owners who are challenged by poor structure conditions, asbestos, leaky house syndrome or the need for extensive repairs.
The existing house is demolished and then reconstructed under the Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Assistance Program.
