Boomer housing research conclusions questioned

NEW YORK: A housing research report (Moen) which claims 42 percent of boomers plan to move, and 68 percent of that segment plan to downsize, is contradicted by NAHB research that claims 85 percent will hang on to their primary residence and spend money on modifications and renovations.
