NEW YORK: The tenth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2017 has been received.
Phuket-based property firm Kamala Beach Resort & Hotel Management Co, a joint venture with investors from Thailand, Hong Kong and Singapore, is building the most expensive retirement villa project in Thailand.
Richard Yue, chief executive and chief investment officer of Arch Capital Management, the Hong Kong partner in the joint venture, said the project will have 13 villas priced from US$10 million or 350 million baht.
