NEW YORK: The five hundred and eighty-fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
A retirement flats developer has exhibited plans for its proposed new development on the site of a former Devon County Council skilled nursing home.
McCarthy and Stone displayed plans for 30 apartments at Davey Court, Buckingham Close, at the event at the Clinton Arms.
McCarthy and Stone’s Simon Mantell said: “The public exhibition was an excellent opportunity for us to understand the views of the local community. I would like to thank everyone for their constructive comments.
