Seniors housing developers compete for Global Award

trophyNEW YORK: The five hundred and forty eighth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.

The project broke ground in March 2015 with the aim of providing 70 units of affordable senior housing in a community that blends into the existing neighborhood and addresses the needs of seniors and the community.

The pedestrian-friendly development will offer landscaped spaces for casual and organized social gatherings, plus the potential future integration of residential and retail into one cohesive development.
