LOS ANGELES: Sunrise Senior Living has been chosen to operate an upcoming senior living community under development by Welltower and Hines in Midtown Manhattan.
Welltower is collaborating with Hines to develop the community at the northeast corner of 56th Street and Lexington Avenue.
