ATLANTA: An internationally respected care charity has published a report on skilled nursing home standards.
The report concludes there is a need to make sweeping changes to “inject humanity” back into a beleaguered care system.
Unless fundamental reforms are made, the sector will “be plunged into permanent crisis,” claims the report.
