WASHINGTON, D.C.: GracePointe Crossing, a Presbyterian Homes & Services senior living community, is planning a redevelopment project in Cambridge, Minn. The first phase of the project is expected to being in the fall. The community offers senior apartments, assisted living and memory care apartments, skilled care suites and a transitional care center.
Phase one will include a new care center that will serve up to 179 long-term residents and short-term guests in a home-like setting. The building will replace two other buildings currently on the campus.
