DALLAS: St. Joseph has given the green light for a new senior apartment building in town.
Fortitude Senior Living will be in Graceview Estates, south of East Baker Street. The three-story, 40,000 square foot building will have 47-units. Owner Tom Opatz says they hope to complete the facility by next May or June.
