PHILADELPHIA: Foxy Management plans to build an 168-unit senior housing project on top of a two-story community center in the West Bronx.
The Bronx-based developer has filed plans to add eight stories to an existing two-story building at 1880 Boston Road, just off the Cross Bronx Expressway.
