NEW YORK: The four hundred and seventeenth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
A developer has filed preliminary paperwork on a proposed four-story apartment building in a residential neighbourhood along Route 9 in Wellesley, with a portion of those units being designated as affordable.
The project, a 20-unit apartment complex with five units qualifying as affordable under state Chapter 40B regulations, is proposed for 680 Worcester St., an approximately 20,000-square-foot lot that currently is the site of a single-family home.
