NEW YORK: The four hundred and eighth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Liberty Senior Living, a division of Liberty Healthcare Group, has received approval for a luxury retirement community in Mount Pleasant. South Bay at Mount Pleasant will be built on approximately 27 acres as part of a mixed-use community on Interstate 526, just off Highway 17.
Like other retirement communities in the Liberty portfolio, South Bay at Mount Pleasant will provide rental opportunities for independent living, as well as assisted living and skilled nursing/memory care residences. South Bay will also offer an equity option, with independent living garden flats fronting a six-acre pond available for purchase.
