The developer of an ambitious 800-unit retirement community in North Auburn is moving dirt and getting ready to build.
To mark the start of site work on the 95-acre Timberline at Auburn, north of Richardson Drive and Bell Road, developer Western Care Company of Rocklin was to hold a groundbreaking today.
Described by Western Care as an upscale retirement community, Timberline at Auburn will be built in three stages, with 10 acres at the southeast corner of the property facing Bell Road targeted for construction.
