NAPA VALLEY: American Canyon has committed to spending up to $1 million to finance an affordable housing project for seniors and veterans that has struggled to break ground.
The Valley View Affordable Senior Apartment Project has tried for four years to raise more than $23 million to build 70 units on the west side of town just off Theresa Avenue.
