DALLAS: Harry Triguboff’s Meriton Apartments is selling an off-the-plan shopping centre, and at price well in excess of $100 million.
The centre will be incorporated in one of Meriton’s latest projects, Lighthouse at Dee Why, a regional centre 17 kilometres north of the Sydney CBD on the city’s northern beaches.
One of the agents handling the sale, CBRE director Peter Rossi, said that after five years of master planning by the local council, Meriton’s Lighthouse project would be the retail centrepiece of the Dee Why town centre urban regeneration…..
