NEW YORK: The three hundred and fiftieth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
A childcare centre, a cinema and electric car charging stations are earmarked in plans for a major new hub on a prime development corner in Torquay.
Draft concept plans have been released for the precinct on the empty corner of Surf Coast Highway and Grossmans Rd, with the potential development also including medical services, an outdoor amphitheatre, food outlets and an aged-care facility.
