NEW YORK: The three hundred and thirty-sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Obviously luxury housing is doing well in Seattle and affordable housing is a hot topic many are focused on, but what about senior housing? It’s not a topic we focus on too much but it’s good to see Columbia Pacific Advisors is making sure it’s happening and right in the middle of the city.
Along with Ankrom Moisan Architects, the developer will present their plans for a 24-story senior housing project for a half block at 620 Terry Avenue to the design review board tonight for early guidance.
