NEW YORK: The three hundred and fourteenth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
La Posada, a non-profit owner and operator of senior living properties, has engaged Dallas-based firm three: living architecture to design a concept for a new senior living community in Oro Valley, Ariz.
Dubbbed Nakoma Sky, the new project will be a 50,000-square-foot community that is estimated to cost between $90-100 million.
