NEW YORK: The two hundred and seventy-fourth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Frasers Property Australia has sold a parcel of land in Port Coogee to Regis Aged Care for an undisclosed sum.
Regis has already received development approval for a six storey, 153 single bedroom residential aged care facility on the 3,800 square metre site.
“Port Cogee offers such a unique location and environment; it affords out clients a luxury setting with exceptional views and experiences which supports the premium quality of care our residents seek,” Regis property general manager Michael Horwood said.
