NEW YORK: The two hundred and sixty-third entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.

The three-story, 60-unit Sanderson Apartments is scheduled to be completed next year.
The nonprofit Mental Health Center of Denver is developing the project and will deliver key services to residents who may have mental health needs and substance-abuse histories.
