Age care compounds becoming soft crime targets

But evidence is mounting that age-apartheid compounds are increasingly becoming soft crime targets and the care sector is trashing its reputation by doing nothing to effectively counter the growing threat.

824: A carer who looked after elderly and vulnerable people has denied sexually abusing clients in their own homes.

The carer, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, appeared at court yesterday.
